RBA member companies can invite their suppliers to the Emissions Management Tool (EMT) directly from RBA-Online. This process sends a data request to the supplier and automatically grants them EMT access. Before proceeding, ensure you have an active trading relationship with the supplier in RBA-Online.

Prerequisites

• Your organization must be an RBA member with an active RBA-Online account.
• You must have the EMT Admin role assigned to your user account. Contact your Company Admin if you do not have this role.
• A trading relationship must already be established in RBA-Online between your organization's facilities and the supplier's facilities.

Steps to Invite a Supplier to the EMT Platform

1. Log in to RBA-Online and navigate to the Emissions Management Tool drop down menu in the top navigation bar.
2. Select Supplier Organizations from the dropdown menu.

3. Click the +Add Organization button to open the Add Organization window.

4. Select the RBA-Online supplier company account you wish to invite to the EMT.
5. If you want the supplier to include company-wide information, check the box next to "Include Company Level Data".
6. Select all supplier facilities you wish to add to the EMT.

7. Click Confirm. RBA-Online will process the request and confirm that the selected facilities have been added.

Note: This action will automatically generate an EMT data request for the supplier and assign the EMT admin role to their designated user account(s). The supplier must still accept the request before they can begin submitting emissions data

What Happens Next

Once submitted, the supplier will receive a request notification in their RBA-Online account under My Requests in the Emissions Management Tool menu.
