How to Deploy and Manage Custom Surveys in RBA Voices

This guide will describe the process for to deploying and managing Custom Surveys  in RBA Voices, follow this step-by-step guide. 

Accessing RBA Voices

  1. Log in to RBA Voices with your credentials or Contact the RBA Helpdesk if you encounter any issues with access.

 

2. Navigate to "Employee Voice" in the RBA Voices platform, then Select "Deploy RBA Survey" under the Employee Voice section.

3. Choose "Customized Survey":

Select the survey you want to deploy from the available list. If the survey does not exist, create a new Custom RBA Voices survey by following the platform’s instructions for survey creation.

4. Add a Factory:

Once the survey is created, the next step would be to add a target Factory. Click on "Add Factory" to assign the survey to a specific location. If the required factory is not listed, follow the platform instructions to add a new factory to RBA Voices.

5. Select the Survey Period:

Choose the start and end dates during which the survey will be available then click "Next" to continue.

6. Assign Factory:

Choose the factory for survey deployment from the list and click "Next".

On the following page, click "Complete" to finalize the deployment.

7. Review Deployed Surveys:

After deployment, you’ll see a list of factories where the survey is active, along with QR codes for each location.

Once a survey is deployed, RBA Voices provides seven key actions to help manage and analyze survey data effectively:

  1. Edit: Modify survey settings or deployment details as needed.
  2. Delete: Remove the survey from the platform if it's no longer needed.
  3. Send QR Code: Share the QR code to enable survey access for employees at the factory.
  4. Download Data: Download survey response data for analysis and reporting.
  5. Analysis: Use built-in analysis tools to review survey responses and identify trends.
  6. Export as Image: Save visual data representations as images for reports or presentations.
  7. Export Picture Records: Export survey records with images attached to maintain a visual record of responses or feedback.
