How to Reset Your RBA Online Password

This article, will walk you through the steps to reset your RBA Online password, allowing you to regain access to your account.

Step 1: Go to the RBA Online Portal
To begin, navigate to the RBA Online Portal at https://www.rba-online.org. Once you're on the page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Forgot Password” link.
Step 2: Enter Your Username
On the next screen, you will be asked to enter your username. Your username is usually your email address. Once you have entered your username, click the “Request New Password” button.


Step 3: Check Your Email
After you have clicked on the “Request New Password” button, you will receive an email from no-reply@rba-online.com with the subject “Password Notification.” This email will contain your temporary password.
Step 4: Use Your Temporary Password
Copy the temporary password from the email and return to the RBA Portal. Enter your email address and the temporary password into the appropriate fields, then click “Login.”
Step 5: Change Your Password
Once you have successfully logged in to the RBA Online Platform using the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password. Alternatively, to update your password, follow the steps below:
- On the left navigation bar, click on ‘Home’ and select ‘My Profile.’

2. The next page is your profile page, where you can update your user profile details and password. Ensure that the information on this page is accurate and proceed to update your password.

3. Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
