How to Complete your Assessment Report and Sampled Selections
Auditors are required to submit the Assessment Report and Sampled Selections on RBA
Online
Log on to RBA Online and go to your assessment. Select the Report tab or Sampled
Selections tab
Select the Report tab to enter your Initial Draft
Select the PFA tab to enter the PFA
Select the Sampled Selections tab to enter the sampled selection s
To
be considered 100% complete you must
•
Answer all questions
•
Any question that has a data point available, the data point must be populated
•
Upload your PFA documents
•
Complete Sampled Selections
There are two ways that you can
enter the data in the Report tab
The UI
Upload from Excel This
allows you to fill out your data
in an Excel template designed
for this assessment and
upload your data
Select the Sampled Selection tab to upload your sampled selections

The UI
Upload from Excel this allows you to fill out your data in an E xcel template designed
for this assessment and upload your data
Select the Add new Material button will bring you to a UI where you can enter your Sampled
Selection
Upon Submit, the information will be added to the list view
Upon Submit, the material will be added to the list view
From here you can view the details or edit the data using the Options button
Select the Upload from Excel button will allow you to upload multiple materials from an
Excel file
You can select Export to Excel to get a copy of the Excel downloaded
In the Report tab, you can submit your Initial Draft once all data has been completed
