Table of Contents
Overview
The CAP Manager is responsible for accepting/rejecting the Draft report submitted in the CMA. If the CAP is the auditee, then only users with Company Admin rights can perform this action. Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure that:
- You have Company Admin rights in RBA Online.
- A draft report has been submitted in the CMA module.
- You are designated as a CAP Manager responsible for reviewing the report.
Steps to Accept a CMA Draft
1. Accessing the CMA Module: Log in to RBA Online then navigate to Audit, then select CMA (Customer Managed Audit), where you can search for the CMA. Click on Options then select ‘Audit Data’.
Next click on the Report Tab
And scroll to the bottom of the form until you find the following options: Accept All, Reject Draft, Download Draft Report, Download to Excel.
2. Reviewing the Draft Report: Download the draft report in your preferred format (Excel or PDF). Then conduct a thorough review of the draft report to ensure accuracy and completeness. Finally, verify all findings, corrective actions, and compliance requirements.
3. Accepting or Rejecting the Draft Report: After completing the review, return to the CMA module, then choose to either “Accept Draft” or “Reject Draft”. Selecting Accept will finalize the draft and generate an official Audit Report. Selecting Reject will provide the auditee the opportunity to complete a revision.
