Step 1: On the RBA-Online landing page, click on the facility ID hyperlink in the “You have the following CIQ to complete” To-Do. This will take you directly to the CIQ for completion

Step 2: Complete all questions under each tab in the online CIQ

Step 3: When the CIQ has been completed to 100%, click [Submit]. This will move the CIQ forward in the process, to the RMI Internal Review

Step 4: You will see that the “CIQ Status” has changed to “CIQ Ready for Review”
