Company Name Change Requests
Learn how to submit a request to change your company's name in RBA-Online.
To request your company name displayed in RBA-Online be changed, the Company Administrator for your organization will need to navigate to Company > Company Info, then click on “Request Name Change”:
A modal window will open where the Company Admin must enter the New Name and Reason for the Change (i.e. justification for the request). It is highly suggested that documents be uploaded as supporting evidence of the name change request, as well.
Once all fields have been completed, click [OK]. An email will be sent to the help desk notifying staff of your name change request, and you will receive notification from the help desk stating the approval status. Once approved, the name change will be reflected in the system.
