Sharing Information in RBA Online

RBA Online provides a secure and structured way to share information between companies. The primary method for sharing data—such as facility details, assessments, or SAQs—is through Trading Relationships.

How Sharing Works

To share information in RBA Online, your company must first have an active RBA Online subscription, and secondly, your company should have established a Trading Relationship with the recipient company. Once the relationship is active, you can control what information is visible and shared.

Steps to Share Information via Trading Relationship

Establish a Trading Relationship

  • Navigate to the Trading Relationship section in RBA Online.
  • Search for the company you want to connect with.
  • Send a request to initiate the relationship.

Configure Sharing Settings

  • Once the relationship is accepted, you can configure what data is shared.
  • This includes visibility of facilities, SAQs, assessments, and other relevant information.

Maintain and Monitor

  • You can update or revoke sharing permissions at any time.
  • Regularly review your trading relationships to ensure data is being shared appropriately.

Important Notes

  • Only users with Company Admin access can manage trading relationships and sharing settings.
  • If you’re unable to share or view information, check:
    • Your RBA Online Subscription
    • Your user permissions
    • Whether a trading relationship has been established
    • If the other party has restricted visibility
