How to Reset Your Password to the REI Platform

This article explains how to reset your password for the REI Platform, which includes the Emissions Management Tool (EMT) and Chemical Platform.
Before You Begin
Before you can reset your password, you must have an established REI Platform account. For information on how to get access to the REI Platform, see the article, Getting Started with the REI Platform.
Step-by-Step Guidance
- Select “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your RBA-Online account and select “Retrieve Password”. Note that you MUST have already onboarded your email to have an account set up. Refer to the above article “Getting Started with the REI Platform” if you still need to set up an REI Platform account.
- An email will be sent with password reset instructions. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
