How to Respond To an Audit Request


If a Customer or a Member of the RBA initiates an audit on for a Facility, the Facility
Administrator must acknowledge and respond to that request for an Audit.

The Facility Administrator will receive an email indicating that an audit has been
requested of them

The Facility Administrator will be required to log on to RBA online and they will see that
they have a task to claim

 


Select Claim

The following screen will appear

The details of the Audit requested

will be on this screen

The Auditee can either Approve or

Reject this request.

If Approve the Audit scheduling will

begin

If Reject the Auditee must enter

a reason and the audit will be
cancelled

Select Submit
