How to Submit Auditee Feedback

After the Initial draft has been submitted to the AQM they will perform
reviews of the document and release a Draft of the Report to the Auditee
•
The Auditee will receive a notification that the Draft Report has been
released to them

•
When you log on to the RBA Online system you will now have access to
the report tab to review the information from your Audit

•
To provide feedback you can go to the Report tab and select the
Download Draft Report button

•
After you have reviewed the Draft Report if you have feedback that you
would like to share with the AQM
•
Go to the Discussion tab and Select New Comment
•
This will open a modal for you to provide your responses and upload any
documentation that you would like to share with the AQM

•
Upon submission of the feedback the AQM will receive a notification
•
In order for the Report to be considered QC complete when the Auditee
has provided feedback the AQM must respond to the feedback with one
of two choices
•
Auditee Feedback Received
•
Auditee Feedback Incorporated
•
Once the AQM enters a comment with either of these statuses the
Auditee will receive a notification
