Step 1: Access the Admin Menu

Begin by logging into your account in the RBA Learning Academy, and navigate to the Admin Menu located on the dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to User Management
In the Admin Menu, click on Users. This will take you to the user management section where you can view existing users and manage user accounts.

Step 3: Add a New User
In the upper right corner of the Users page, you will see a plus sign (+). Click on this icon and select New User from the dropdown menu.
