Onboarding Suppliers to RBA-Online
As a Member Company you can invite suppliers not currently subscribing to the RBA-Online platform to join your supply chain within the system.
From the Supply Chain menu select Onboard Suppliers:
If you have not previously onboarded any suppliers, you will be brought to the following screen:
Otherwise you will be brought to this screen that shows the status of previous invitations:
Click on the [+ Invite Suppliers] button to get started.
Enter the Suppliers Email and click [+ Add]. The Email will appear below, and you will then be able to enter their associated
company name. You can send multiple invitations at once.
Once complete you can select Submit and the Suppliers will receive an email notification that they have been invited to join the RBA-Online system
Once the supplier onboards into the system from the link in the email notification, the status of the invitation becomes “TR Initiated”, as a trading relationship will be automatically initiated between the your company and your Supplier:
