How to Register for RBA Communities

Overview

RBA Communities are collaborative workspaces within the Member Portal that allow members to engage in workgroups, taskforces, and discussions related to key Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) initiatives. 

Within Communities, users can:

  • Participate in discussions and knowledge sharing
  • Access documents and meeting materials
  • Stay informed on upcoming meetings and activities
  • Collaborate with industry peers on specific topics and initiatives

Who Can Register

  • Access to RBA Communities is limited to RBA/RMI members
  • Users must have an active Member Portal account to access Communities.

If you do not yet have access to the Member Portal:

  • Contact RBA Membership to request access
  • You will need valid membership credentials before proceeding

How to Access RBA Communities

  1. Log in to the RBA Member Portal via https://members.responsiblebusiness.org/ 
  2. From the top navigation menu, locate and select:
    • Workgroups or Communities Hub

  1. Click Communities or Communities Hub
  2. Select All Communities to view the full list

How to Join a Community

  1. From the All Communities page:
    • Filter or browse by community type
    • Sort alphabetically (if needed)
  2. Search for communities using relevant keywords, such as: 
    • Supply Chain Mapping
    • Chemical Management
    • Monthly Public Policy
    • VAP Advisory, etc...
  3. Locate the community you want to join
  4. Click the Join button on the right-hand side of the community listing

Update Notification Settings

A pop-up will appear, allowing you to set your Daily and weekly notification settings. Please select the options that are appropriate for you. Click 'Yes join community' when done. 

 


Troubleshooting

  • Cannot find a specific community:
    • Ensure you are viewing All Communities
    • Try searching using keywords
  • Still unable to locate the community:
  • Access denied or blank page: Confirm you are logged into the Member Portal 

Additional Notes

  • You can join multiple communities based on your interests
  • Access is dependent on your membership eligibility and permissions
  • Communities are the primary hub for member collaboration and engagement within RBA
