Purpose

This article explains how to download country risk scores from the EIQ platform for analysis, reporting, or record‑keeping. Users can export overall or category‑specific risk scores directly from the Risk Maps feature.

Prerequisites

• Active access to the EIQ platform
• Permission to view Risk Maps and export data
• Access to the email mailbox associated with your EIQ account

Steps to Download Country Risk Scores

1. Log in to EIQ: Sign in to the EIQ platform using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Risk Maps: From the main menu, select Risk Maps to access country‑level risk information.

3. Apply Risk Filters: On the Risk Maps page, use the available filters to select the type of risk scores you want to view:

• Labor
• Health and Safety
• Environment
• Business Ethics
• Management Systems
• Overall (for a comprehensive risk score)

The current filter options are for indices, countries/regions, and RBA Directives (RBA, RLI, RMI)

Review Filtered Results: Ensure the displayed countries and risk categories match your reporting needs before exporting.

Export Country Details: Scroll to the bottom of the Risk Maps page and select Export Country Details.

Retrieve the Exported File: The exported file will be sent to your registered email address. Download the file from your mailbox once it is delivered.

Outcome

You will receive a file containing country‑level risk scores based on the selected filters, which can be used for compliance reviews, supplier assessments, or internal reporting.
