How to Release an SAQ

Once all the required sections are completed, releasing your SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) is straightforward. Please follow the step-by-step guide included below to ensure a smooth release.
Step-by-Step Guide to Release Your SAQ
Log into the RBA Portal
- Access the RBA Portal using your credentials or reset your password if you do not remember your user credentials.
Select the Appropriate SAQ Option
- Navigate to the Risk SAQ section.
- Choose the appropriate option from the submenu: Labor SAQ, Risk SAQ, or Indirect SAQ.
Access the Most Recent SAQ Record
- On the next page, locate the most recent SAQ record.
- Click on the Options button on the right side of the record.
Edit the SAQ Record
- Select the Edit option to modify the record.
Complete the SAQ Record
- Ensure that every tab (Facility, Labor, Environment, Health & Safety, and Ethics) is completed to 100%. Each section must be thoroughly filled out to progress.
- Double-check each section to confirm that all required information is provided.
Release the SAQ
- Once the SAQ is fully completed, the Release button will become available at the bottom of the form.
- Click on the Release button to finalize the process.
