Who Can Perform This Update

Only users with appropriate access to manage factories in RBA Voices (typically member or authorized facility administrators) can update factory contact information.

Steps to Update the Factory Point of Contact

Please follow the steps below to update the Factory Point of Contact in RBA Voices:

Log in to RBA Voices: Access the RBA Voices platform using your registered credentials.

Navigate to Factory Management: From the main navigation menu, select System Management, then choose My Factories.

Locate the Factory: Use the search or scroll through the list to find the factory you wish to update.

Edit Factory Details: Click the action dropdown located on the right side of the factory row and select Edit.

Update Point of Contact Information: A new window will open displaying the factory details.
Scroll to the Factory Point of Contact section and update the relevant fields (such as name, email address, or phone number).

Save Your Changes: Confirm the updates and save the changes before exiting.
