1. By default, all Communities will have moderation enabled, meaning that files or discussions posted to the Community will be on hold until the Community lead approves or denies the entry.

3. You can click on the file and select an action, "Reject", "Edit", "Approve"

5. If you wish to disable the moderation, you can click "Settings"

6. Under "Administration", click "Settings"

7. Select the "Moderation Setting"

8. Self Moderation gives control to the Community Members to moderate, Full Moderation gives control to the Community Lead
