How to Submit Auditee Feedback
After the Initial draft has been submitted to the AQM, they will perform reviews of the document and release a Draft of the Report to the Auditee
The Auditee will receive a notification that the Draft Report has been released to them.

When you log on to the RBA Online system, you will now have access to the report tab to review the information from your Audit

• To provide feedback you can go to the Report tab and select the
Download Draft Report button

After you have reviewed the Draft Report if you have feedback that you
would like to share with the AQM
•
Go to the Discussion tab and Select New Comment
•
This will open a modal for you to provide your responses and upload any
documentation that you would like to share with the AQM

• Upon submission of the feedback the AQM will receive a notification
• In order for the Report to be considered QC complete when the Auditee
has provided feedback the AQM must respond to the feedback with one
of two choices

Auditee Feedback Received
•
Auditee Feedback Incorporated
•
Once the AQM enters a comment with either of these statuses the
Auditee will receive a notification
