Facility Visibility Troubleshooting Guide – RBA Online
Table of Contents
If you're unable to view a facility in RBA Online, there are a few common reasons that may be causing the issue. This guide will help you identify and resolve visibility problems.
Common Causes of Facility Visibility Issues
1. Inactive RBA Online Account
Your account must have an active RBA online subscription to access facility data.
What to do:
- Log in to RBA Online and check your account status.
- If your account is inactive or you’re unable to log in, contact your company’s RBA administrator or the RBA Help Desk for assistance.
2. Insufficient User Permissions
Access to facility information depends on your user role and permissions.
What to do:
- Confirm your role in RBA Online (e.g., Company Admin, Standard User).
- If you need elevated access, request it from your company’s RBA administrator.
3. No Established Trading Relationship
Facility visibility is governed by trading relationships between companies.
What to do:
- Verify that a trading relationship exists between your company and the facility’s parent company.
- If a relationship exists but visibility is restricted, it may be due to intentional blocking by the other party. Should this be the case, and access to visibility to a facility is required, we recommend reaching out to the supplier to ask them to update the terms of the trading relationship to make the facility visible.
