Unable to Download VAP Recognition Certificate

If you're having trouble downloading your VAP Recognition Certificate, this guide will help you resolve the issue. Follow these steps: first, verify the release of your Validated Assessment Report (VAR). RBA online will notify key contacts when the VAR is released. Step 1: Verify the VAR is Released

The first requirement for downloading a VAP Recognition Certificate is ensuring that the Validated Assessment Report (VAR) has been released. Without this step, the certificate cannot be accessed.

How to Check:

Log in to the RBA Online Portal: Use your registered credentials to access the portal.

Navigate to the VAP Section: Locate the specific VAP assessment for your facility.

Confirm VAR Status:

  • Check if the VAR status is marked as "Released."
  • If the status is still "Pending" or "In Progress," the certificate will not be available for download.

Action if VAR is Not Released:

To confirm the VAR's release status, contact the RBA's VAP Team or your facility's RBA point of contact.

 

Step 2: Confirm the Certificate is Displayed

Once the VAR is released, the certificate for your VAP Recognition Level (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) should be available on the RBA Online dashboard.

How to Check:

Return to the Dashboard: After confirming the VAR release, go to the main dashboard of the RBA Online portal.

Locate the Certificate Section: Find the section listing your facility's assessments and recognition status.

Check for Certificate Display: The certificate should appear as a downloadable file next to your VAP Recognition Level.

 

Action if the Certificate is Not Displayed:

If the certificate does not appear despite the VAR being released, proceed to the next step.
