Step 1: Click on the facility ID link in the “Please assign SET team member…” To-Do on your dashboard to be taken directly to the record to assign a SPOC

Step 2: Click on Options > Assign SET Team Member

Step 3: Select the applicable SPOC from the dropdown menu, and click “Save”

Step 4:  The SPOC assigned will receive an email notifying them of assignment
