This guide provides step-by-step instructions on accessing the Chem Mgmt PAC survey within RBA Online. If you need to complete a further study or review your past submissions, please follow these simple steps to help you navigate the platform effectively.

Step 1: Log Into RBA Online

First, please make sure you have your username and password ready. If you're a first-time user or have forgotten your credentials, please contact your company's primary POC or use the 'Forgot Password' feature on the login page https://www.rba-online.org/. 

• Navigate to the RBA Online portal.
• Enter your username and password in the designated fields.
• Click the Login button to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Audit 

Step 3: Click on 'My Audits'

Step 4: Click on 'Initiate Audit'

Select the facility where you want to deploy the Chem Mgmt PAC Survey, then select the Chemical Management SVAP audit in the next field.

You will automatically see a warning message that states that “The Chemical Mgmt Pre-audit Checklist (PAC) is REQUIRED before the SCAP audit can be initiated. Please go to My Surveys - > SVAP Menu to complete the questionnaire. Then return here to initiate the Chem Mgmt SVAP”. 

Step 5: Exit the Audit

Click on ok and exit out of the survey. 

Step 6: Navigate to 'My Surveys'

Step 7: Select 'Chemical Mgmt PAC'

You will see that the Chemical Mgmt PAC survey was deployed to the facility selected in step 4.
