What Is the RBA‑Online Unlimited Subscription?
The Unlimited Subscription is a subscription option available to non‑member companies that provides access to RBA‑Online with a fixed annual fee, allowing the company to manage an unlimited number of facilities within the platform.
Under this subscription type:
- Companies are not required to pay per facility.
- The subscription is valid for a defined period, depending on the payment.
- For Trading Relationship (TR) purposes, an unlimited non‑member company is treated with the same access rights as an RBA member company.
The Unlimited Subscription is distinct from the Basic Subscription, which requires payment based on the number of registered facilities.
Who Is the Unlimited Subscription For?
The RBA‑Online Unlimited Subscription is intended for:
- Non‑RBA member companies that manage multiple facilities
- Companies participating in VAP audits, SAQs, surveys, or other RBA‑Online activities across many sites
- Organizations that expect their number of facilities to grow over time
- Companies seeking predictable, fixed subscription costs rather than per‑facility fees
RBA member companies already have unrestricted access to RBA‑Online through their membership and do not need to purchase a subscription.
How to Register a Company for an Unlimited Subscription
Step 1: Complete Company Registration
If your company is not already registered, complete the self‑registration process on RBA‑Online. Self‑registration is available only to non‑member companies.
Once registration is complete, a Company Admin can manage subscription settings.
Step 2: Access the Subscription Page
Log in to RBA‑Online and navigate to:
Company Menu → Subscription
You may also see a To‑Do item prompting you to complete your subscription if one is required.
Step 3: Select the Unlimited Subscription Option
On the Subscription page:
- Choose Unlimited Subscription
- Select how long you would like to extend the subscription (single or multiple years)
The system will automatically calculate:
- Subscription cost
- Subscription expiration date
Step 4: Complete Payment
Select Pay Now and choose one of the available payment methods:
- Credit Card (processed immediately)
- Wire Transfer
- Check
An invoice will be generated for all payment methods. Account activation occurs once payment is successfully processed.
Step 5: Confirm Subscription Activation
After payment:
- Your company status will reflect an active subscription
- You will be able to register and manage an unlimited number of facilities
- Users associated with the company can begin using RBA‑Online features based on their assigned roles and permissions
