How to Deactivate a Facility

How to Deactivate a Facility in RBA Online

The deactivation process is simple and can be done by following the steps below. However, please note that only a user with company admin rights can complete this action. Additionally, we strongly advise against deleting a facility from the RBA Portal for data retention purposes.

Instead, we recommend deactivating facilities. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Log in to the RBA Portal
Step 2: Once you're logged in, click on "Company" and then "Facility Info" from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: In the "Facility Info" screen, you'll see a list of all the facilities associated with your company. Find the facility you want to deactivate and on the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a button labeled "Options." Click on it and select "Deactivate" from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to deactivate the facility. Provide a reason then Click "OK" to complete the process.

 The facility is now deactivated, and it will no longer appear in your list of active facilities. 

Remember, deactivating a facility is different from deleting it. By deactivating a facility, you can retain all the data associated with that facility, which may be necessary for record-keeping purposes.
