How to Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) Issues from the Member Portal
Table of Contents

Overview
If you are experiencing issues accessing a platform through Single Sign-On (SSO) while logged into the Member Portal, the issue is most often related to incomplete first-time access on one or more connected platforms.
SSO requires that your user account be fully activated on each platform before it can successfully link your login session. This includes signing in directly and accepting any required Terms and Conditions.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Confirm You Can Sign In to Each Platform Individually
Before SSO can function properly, you must be able to access each platform outside of the Member Portal.
Please complete the following steps:
- Log out of the Member Portal.
- Navigate directly to the platform you are trying to access (do not use SSO).
- Sign in using your standard username and password.
- Review and accept any Terms and Conditions if prompted.
- Confirm that you are able to access the platform without errors.
If you use multiple platforms through the Member Portal, repeat these steps for each one.
Platform Name |
Direct Login URL |
| RBA Online | https://www.rba-online.org/portal/sign-on.jsp |
| Risk Assessment Platform | https://analyse.eiq.ai/auth/login |
| RBA Voices | https://www.ifuli.cn/login/#/ |
| Learning Academy | https://academy.responsiblebusiness.org/learn |
Note: SSO will not work until the initial login and terms acceptance are completed on the individual platform.
Step 2: Attempt Access Again Using Single Sign-On
Once you have successfully signed into the platform(s) directly:
- Sign back into the Member Portal https://members.responsiblebusiness.org.
- Click the platform you wish to access using Single Sign-On.
In most cases, completing the individual login process resolves SSO access issues.
Step 3: Contact Support if the Issue Continues
If you are able to:
- Sign in successfully to the platform directly, and
- Have accepted all required Terms and Conditions,
but SSO still fails when accessed from the Member Portal, please contact Support for further assistance.
When submitting a support request, include the following information:
- The name of the platform you are trying to access
- Any error messages you receive
- Confirmation that direct (non-SSO) login works successfully
Providing these details will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
