The RBA Voices platform is a secure, multilingual tool designed to collect direct feedback from workers at facilities participating in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) programs. One of its core features is the ability for RBA member companies to deploy surveys to their supplier facilities, enabling insight into working conditions, employee engagement, and compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct.
This guide outlines the process for deploying a survey using the Voices platform, including login instructions, navigation steps, and definitions of key terms.
Accessing the Platform
Login Credentials: Member companies receive an email invitation to access RBA Voices. If login credentials are invalid or expired, contact RBA Support for assistance.
Login URL: Navigate to: https://rba.ifuli.cn/login/index.html#/
Authentication: Enter your username and password to access the dashboard.
Navigating to the Survey Deployment Section
Once logged in:
Click the “Survey” icon on the homepage or Navigate to “Employee Voice” in the left-hand menu and select “Deploy Survey.”
You will be directed to a page displaying:
- A list of available surveys
- Two menu options on the left:
- Deploy Survey
- Survey Library
Deploying a Survey
Follow these steps to deploy a survey:
Select Survey Title: Choose the survey you wish to deploy from the list.
Add Factory: Click “Add Factory” to begin the deployment process.
Enter Time Period: Specify the time period for the survey (e.g., Q3 2025) and click “Next.”
Select Factories: Choose the relevant factory or factories from the list and click “Next.”
Confirm Factory List: Review the selected facilities and click “Done.”
Send QR Code: Click Actions, then choose “Send QR Code” to generate and distribute the survey access link to the selected facilities.
