Deploying RBA Online Surveys to Suppliers

Deploying surveys to suppliers through the RBA Online platform is a streamlined process designed to enhance transparency, compliance, and ethical business practices within the supply chain. This functionality is exclusively available to RBA Members with Company Admin rights. Additionally, members must have an established trading relationship with their suppliers before initiating a survey deployment.

This knowledge article provides step-by-step instructions on how to deploy RBA Online surveys effectively.


Prerequisites

Before deploying a survey, ensure the following requirements are met:

  • You are an RBA Member with Company Admin rights.
  • Your company has an existing trading relationship with the supplier.

The necessary survey type is available for deployment.


Steps to Deploy an RBA Online Survey

1. Log into the RBA Online Portal

Navigate to the RBA Online Portal and enter your credentials.

2. Access the Deploy Surveys Section

On the left navigation menu, click on Supply Chain. Select Deploy Surveys from the available options.

 

3. Select Survey Parameters

Click on Deploy Surveys then choose the appropriate survey type from the available list. Select the suppliers and facilities to which the survey will be deployed.

4. Submit the Survey Deployment Request

Click on Request to finalize the deployment. The RBA Online Platform will automatically notify the targeted recipients about the survey. RBA Members can monitor survey responses and track completion status through the RBA Online dashboard.
