Adding a new factory to RBA Voices is a crucial process that can only be completed by RBA Members or RBA IT. This guide provides detailed steps for adding factories via RBA Online, either through Trading Relationships or the Worker Voice Facilities function.

Adding Factories via Trading Relationship (TR)

To add a factory through RBA Trading Relationships, a supplier must have an established and active trading relationship with an active RBA Online subscription. Adding Factories via Worker Voice Facilities

This option does not require suppliers to have an active RBA Online subscription. Follow the instructions below to add factories using the Worker Voice Facilities function.

Steps to Add a Factory Using Worker Voice Facilities

1. Log into RBA Online https://www.rba-online.org/portal/sign-on.jsp 
2. Navigate to Company > Worker Voice Facilities.

Options for Adding a New Factory

You will have three options for adding a new factory to your Worker Voice account:

• Add Worker Voice TR: Use this option to add a single factory.
• Upload from Excel: Use this option for bulk uploads.
• Download Template: Use this option to download the template for bulk uploads.
   

Steps for Adding a Factory Using the Template
 

1. Download the Template  
2. Fill Out the Template by completing all required fields in the downloaded Excel template:  

- Company Name  
- Facility Name  
- Address  
- City  
- State  
- Zip Code  
- Country  
- Email  
- Languages  
 

The Reference field is optional.
3. Upload the Template : Save the file and upload it to RBA Online by selecting the Upload from Excel button.
4. Final Step: Syncing Your Factories

1. Log into the Worker Voice Account (https://www.ifuli.cn/login/ ) and navigate to System Management.  
2. Select My Factories   
3. Sync Your Factories  
Click on Sync to ensure that all newly added factories are updated and reflected in your Worker Voice account. Please note that syncing can take up to 48 hours to complete.
