This guide provides step-by-step instructions on deploying and accessing the SVAP-CM Prep Tool (formerly known as the Chem Mgmt PAC) within RBA-Online. The SVAP-CM Prep Tool is required to be completed by the auditee facility before a SVAP-CM may be initiated.

Step 1: Log Into RBA-Online

First, please make sure you have your username and password ready. If you're a first-time user or have forgotten your credentials, please contact your company's primary POC or use the 'Forgot Password' feature on the login page https://www.rba-online.org/. 

• Navigate to the RBA-Online portal.
• Enter your username and password in the designated fields.
• Click the Login button to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Audit 

Step 3: Click on 'My Audits'

Step 4: Click on 'Initiate Audit'

Select the company and facility you want to deploy the SVAP-CM Prep Tool to, then select 'Chemical Mgmt SVAP' for the 'Audit Category' field.

You will automatically see a 'Confirmation' message that states that “The SVAP-CM Prep Tool should be completed by the auditee before the SVAP audit can be initiated. Do you still want to continue?”. Click 'Yes' to deploy the SVAP-CM Prep Tool to the selected auditee facility.

Step 5: Exit the 'Initiate Audit'

Exit out of the 'Initiate Audit' window by clicking the 'X'. 

Step 6: Navigate to 'My Surveys'

Step 7: Select 'SVAP-CM Prep Tool'

You will see that the 'SVAP-CM Prep Tool' (replaced 'Chemical Mgmt PAC' in image) was deployed to the facility selected in step 4.
