The Corporate Waste Survey is available in RBA‑Online for all users with Company Admin permissions. This guide walks you through accessing, editing, downloading, uploading, and submitting the Corporate Waste Survey.

Step 1: Log in to RBA‑Online

1. Go to RBA‑Online and log in using your credentials.
2. Ensure your profile has Company Admin permissions.

Step 2: Navigate to the Corporate Waste Survey

1. From the left navigation menu, select My Surveys.
2. Click Environmental.
3. On the Environmental Surveys page, you will see the latest version of the Corporate Waste Survey, typically marked as Unreleased until you begin working on it.

Step 3: Open the Survey for Editing

1. Locate the Corporate Waste Survey.
2. Click Options on the right side of the survey row.
3. Select Edit to open the survey in edit mode.

Step 4: Download the Questionnaire (Recommended)

For the best experience and to reduce data-entry errors, download the survey to Excel.

1. At the top of the survey page, click Download to Excel.
2. Choose Save when prompted.
3. Complete the questionnaire offline in Excel.

Step 5: Upload the Completed Survey

After completing the questionnaire in Excel:

1. Return to the Corporate Waste Survey in RBA‑Online by following the navigation steps above.
2. Click Upload from Excel.
3. Select the completed file and upload it.

RBA‑Online will validate the file and populate your survey responses.

Step 6: Save and Submit

1. Once the data is loaded, click Save to store your progress.
2. When all required information is complete, click Submit to finalize the survey.

• Missing access? You may not have Company Admin permissions. Contact your internal point of contact or submit a support ticket to: helpdesk@responsiblebusiness.org.
• Excel upload errors? Confirm the file format and that the template structure was not altered.
