The Facility Waste Survey is deployed through the Company Administration area of RBA‑Online. Only users with Company Admin permissions can deploy this survey to registered facilities.

Step 1: Log in to RBA‑Online

1. Go to RBA‑Online.
2. Log in using your credentials.
3. Confirm that your account has Company Admin permissions.

Step 2: Navigate to Facility Information

1. At the top navigation menu, go to Company.
2. Select Facility Info.

You will see a list of all facilities associated with your company.

Step 3: Verify Facility Registration

Each facility must be registered in RBA‑Online before you can deploy the survey.

• If the facility appears in the list, you may continue.
• If the facility is not listed, follow the process to register an additional facility in RBA‑Online.

Step 4: Deploy the Facility Waste Survey

Once the facility is confirmed as registered:

1. At the top left of the Facility Info page, click Deploy Survey.
2. A drop‑down window will appear containing a list of available questionnaires.
3. Select Facility Waste Survey from the list.
4. Next Select the target Facility to receive the survey
5. Click Deploy.

RBA‑Online will generate a new, unreleased survey instance for that facility.

Step 5: Navigate to the Facility Waste Survey

From this point forward, the steps mirror the Corporate Waste Survey workflow:

1. From the left navigation menu, select My Surveys.
2. Click Environmental.
3. Then select the Facility Waste Survey that was deployed in the previous step. 

Step 6: (Recommended) Download to Excel

1. Click Download to Excel.
2. Save the file and complete the questionnaire offline.
3. Avoid editing formulas or structural elements of the template.

Step 7: Upload the Completed Survey

1. Return to the Facility Waste Survey in RBA‑Online.
2. Click Upload from Excel.
3. Select your completed file and upload.

Step 8: Save and Submit

1. After the upload, review your entries.
2. Click Save.
3. When ready, click Submit to finalize the survey.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Can't see the Deploy Survey button?
  You may not have Company Admin permissions.
• Facility missing?
  The facility must be registered before deploying the survey. See How to register a Facility to RBA Online. 
• Upload errors?
  Ensure the Excel template structure was not modified.
