How to Run RMI Reports

As a Company Administrator you have the ability to view shared individual RRAs and generate aggregated reports.

1. First, ensure that you have set up partnerships with shared RRAs. To do this, select the RMI Network tab, then select Partnership


- View if you do not have any existing Partnerships


- View if you do have existing Partnerships


2. After confirming Partnerships have been set up, you may view shared individual RRAs


3. Select the RRA tab, then select Partners RRAs


4. Locate the site of interest, select Options, then select RRA Data



5. The RRA assessment answers are available on the Assessment tab.


6. On the Results tab, you will find a graphical breakdown of the RRA by risk area.


7. On the Benchmark tab, you can set search parameters to compare the selected RRA against the aggregate group of responses.


8. To run an aggregated report for all RRAs shared with your company, select the Reports tab, then select RMI Reports


9. There are 3 available report types on the platform


- Level of Readiness displays average readiness scores across the 5 broader risk areas


- Distribution of Risk Areas is shown across the 5 possible response categories


- Performance Indicators allows drill down to response distributions within each individual RRA risk area.
