Please follow these steps if you are trying to access an existing assessment record associated for your facility.

Note: Depending on your pending tasks on RBA Online, your home screen may be blank.

1. On the left hand menu, navigate to RMAP > My Assessments

2. Navigate to the Assessment you wish to view, then select [Options] > [Assessment Data] to view details for your assessment.

Notes: You can use the "Assessment Period" and/or "Status" columns to help identify the correct assessment record. You may need to select the plus sign on the specific assessment record you are trying to access to see [Options].

3. To view a flowchart representing your assessment's progress, select [Process View] on the drop down menu. The following screen will appear:
