1. To initiate an audit request against your own facility within the RBA Online system you will go to the My Assessments tab under the RMAP navigation

2. You will be brought to the following screen that will hold a list of all previous assessments that you have completed. From here select the “Initiate Assessment” button

3. This will open a window where you will enter the details of the assessment you would like to initiate

4. After you have filled out the details, select the "Initiate" button
