To download the Risk Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) questions from RBA Online, please follow these steps:

Log into RBA Online: Access the RBA Online portal and sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to My SAQs: On the left navigation menu, find and click on My SAQs > Facility.

Search for the SAQ: Locate the specific SAQ you are interested in. Click on Options, then choose View or Edit.

Access the SAQ Application: On the next page, you will see an application displaying three tabs: Score Card, Risk Questions, and Control Questions.

Download Sample Questions: Scroll down to the bottom of the Score Card tab to download a sample of the SAQ questions.

Download Risk Questions: Click on the Risk Questions tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can download all the risk questions.

Download Control Questions: Click on the Control Questions tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can download all the control questions.
