The report we're discussing here depends on a pre-established trading relationship between an RBA Member and a Supplier. We would like to encourage our members to check the status of their trading relationships with suppliers for assurance. 

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log into RBA Online

• Go to the RBA Online login page.
• Enter your username and password.
• If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these instructions.

Navigate to Member Analytics

• On the left-hand navigation menu, locate and click on Member Analytics.
• Then select Interactive Charts from the dropdown menu.

Find and Run the SAQ Report

• Search for the report titled [WB007] Facility SAQ Dashboard.
• Click on Options next to the report name.
• Select Run to generate the report.

 This report includes essential supplier details such as:

• Supplier names
• Facility names
• Completion status of the SAQ
• Risk score

Download the Report

• You can download the report in CSV or Excel for further analysis.
• To download, select the preferred format from the options provided on the report page.
