This article is designed to guide you through the process of checking your suppliers' RBA subscription status. Understanding the subscription status is essential for managing compliance and ensuring your supply chain aligns with RBA standards.

Overview

The subscription status report provides a comprehensive view of your suppliers' engagement with RBA Online. This report is dynamically generated based on the trading relationships you have established with your suppliers, offering a clear snapshot of their current RBA subscription status.

Step-by-Step Guide to Access the Report

Log into RBA Online: Start by signing into your account on RBA Online. Ensure you have your login credentials ready. If you encounter any issues logging in, please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Navigate to the Supply Chain Menu: Once logged in, locate the supply chain menu on the dashboard. This menu is your gateway to various supply chain management tools and reports.

 

Select "My Suppliers": In the supply chain menu, find and select the option labeled "My Suppliers." This action will be a list of your suppliers.

 

View the Report: Upon selecting "My Suppliers," you will be presented with a report showcasing all suppliers with whom a trading relationship has been established. This report includes detailed information about each supplier's RBA subscription status, allowing you to quickly assess their compliance level.

 

Available Fields & definitions

In your supplier report on the RBA Online platform, you will come across several key fields that provide detailed insights into your supply chain relationships. Each field is designed to offer a comprehensive view of your suppliers, their status, and their relationship with your company. 

Below is a breakdown of these fields to help you navigate and understand the report more effectively:

  • Customer Company Name: This indicates the name of your company as registered on the RBA Online platform.
  • Supplier Company ID: A unique identifier assigned to each supplier for easy reference and management within the system.
  • Supplier Company Name: The official name of the supplier company is recognized in business dealings and on the RBA platform.
  • Major Supplier (Y/N): A 'Yes' or 'No' indicator specifying whether the supplier is considered a major supplier based on your company's criteria.
  • Supplier Type: Describes the category or type of supplier, providing insights into the nature of the goods or services they provide.
  • Tier: Indicates the supplier's level in the supply chain, helping you understand their position relative to your company (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2).
  • Status: Shows the current status of the supplier in terms of RBA compliance or engagement (e.g., Active, Pending, Non-Compliant).
  • Customer Supplier Reference: A reference code or number you may assign to the supplier for internal tracking and management purposes.
  • Relationship Established On: The date on which the trading relationship with the supplier was officially established.
  • Visible Facilities: Lists the facilities associated with the supplier that are visible to your company within the RBA Online system.
  • Options: Provides additional actions you can take regarding each supplier, such as viewing more details, editing information, or initiating compliance processes.

Available Options:

In the RBA Online platform, you have access to a suite of features designed to offer deep insights into your suppliers’ compliance and operational status. Below, we explain the functionalities of each key feature available in the supplier management interface:

View Details: This feature provides a comprehensive overview of a supplier's profile, including essential information such as company background, contact details, and compliance status. It serves as a central point for accessing in-depth data about each supplier.

 

When you click "View Details," a modal will appear with the Company General Information filled out.

 

View Facilities: Access detailed information on each facility associated with a supplier. This includes location, compliance status, and any specific risks or certifications. It’s invaluable for understanding the operational footprint of your suppliers.

 

If you select "View Facilities," you will see all the facilities for this supplier that you have access to.

To View Details of the Facility, select View under the Options Menu


 

Corporate SAQs (Self-Assessment Questionnaires): Engage with the aggregated self-assessment questionnaires completed at the corporate level. These SAQs provide insights into the supplier's self-evaluated compliance with RBA standards, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

 

If you Select View Corporate SAQ’s you will be brought to a list of all Corporate SAQ’s that have been
released and you have visibility to From here you can View the responses or Download the SAQ Report



Facility SAQs: Similar to corporate SAQs, but focused on individual facilities. This feature allows you to drill down into compliance at a more granular level, assessing the practices and policies in place at each facility to ensure they meet required standards.

If you Select View Facility SAQ’s you will be brought to a list of all Facility SAQ’s that have been released and you have visibility to  from here you can View the responses or Download the SAQ Report

 

Facility Surveys: Engage with specific surveys completed by facilities, covering a range of topics from environmental practices to labor conditions. These surveys offer additional perspectives on the operational and ethical practices at a supplier’s various locations.

 

If you Select View Facility Surveys you will be brought to a list of all Facility Surveys that have been released and you have visibility to From here you can View the responses or Download the Survey Report
