How to View Your Suppliers Audits

This article is for RBA Online users who have established a Trading Relationship (TR) with a supplier on the RBA Online platform. If you have not established a TR, please refer to this guide: Creating and Managing Trading Relationships.
Follow the steps below to view your supplier's audits in RBA Online.
Steps to View Supplier Audits
Log into RBA Online
If you are unable to log in, you can reset your password by following the instructions provided in the Forgot Password section.
Navigate to Supplier Audits
Once logged in, navigate to the Audit section and choose Supplier Audits from the dropdown menu. This will show a page listing your suppliers' audits at different stages of completion.
Initiating a New Audit
If you need to initiate a new audit for your supplier, you can do so by clicking on the Bell Notification icon in the top right corner of the screen. For step-by-step instructions, follow this guide: How to Initiate an Audit for Your Supplier.
Using Search and Filters
On this page, you will find a table containing key audit details, including:
- Company
- Facility Name
- Audit ID
- Audit Type
- Status
- QC Status
- Score
- Number of Findings
- Audit Report
- Options
- Use the Search or Advanced Search features to narrow down your results and find specific audits more quickly.
Viewing Audit Details
Once you have located the audit you wish to view, click on the Options column next to the audit, then select Audit Data to proceed. This will give you a detailed view of the supplier’s audit data.
All Complete and In Progress Audits will appear here. You can Initiate a new audit from this screen using the Initiate Audit Button
If the Audit has been completed and the report has been released, a link to the report will appear in the Audit Report Column:
From the Options Menu, you can view Audit Details by selecting Audit Data:
