A member facility or supplier facility is considered “High Risk” if:

•    it scores 65 percent or less against the total SAQ score, or

•    it has any disqualifying non-conformances from VAP audit, or

•    it is identified by a member company using a risk assessment methodology chosen by the member. Risk assessment methodology / tool maybe the combination of the RBA Risk Platform and RBA Facility SAQ, or another methodology / tool chosen by the member that meets or exceeds the RBA Facility SAQ.
