Managing Subsidiary Accounts in RBA-Online

As a Company Admin of a Member or Unlimited Supplier account with subsidiaries you are able to view and partially manage your subsidiary accounts directly through the RBA Online Platform. 

The SAQ, survey and audit data of your subsidiary companies and their respective facilities will be viewable under “My SAQs”, “My Surveys” and “My Audits”, respectively. You will have the ability to deploy surveys to your subsidiaries supplier facilities from your main company account, as well.

To manage subsidiary accounts, select “Subsidiaries” from the Company menu option:

On the next page shown you will be able to see all of the subsidiaries associated with your company. Under the “Options” selection you can either select “View Details” or “Switch to”.

 

Selecting “View Details” will show you the basic company information and point of contact name and email address for the subsidiary.

Selecting “Switch to” will allow you to “Impersonate” the main Company Administrator for the selected account.

When you are impersonating the Company Admin for the subsidiary account you will have the same access as that user. You will have access to and the ability to edit their company and facility records, trading relationships, SAQs, audits and survey data. 

Please note: It is imperative to use your best judgement and use great care when taking any action while impersonating the Company Admin, as it will be reflected in the subsidiary account.

When you’re done managing the subsidiary you can select “Un-Impersonate” from the top banner, or log out and log back in.
