What is the difference between facility SAQ and facility Risk SAQ?

The facility-risk SAQ utilizes a smaller question set and an updated scoring methodology. It also introduces an opportunity for scores to be improved by providing evidence of control mechanisms, and through an optional desktop validation of those controls.
