The Validated Audit Process (VAP) Full Report provides an in-depth assessment of the audited facility’s compliance with RBA standards. Before the report is made available, several requirements must be met to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the audit data.

Prerequisites

Before the VAP Full Report is released, the following conditions must be met:

1. Audit Invoice Fulfillment: All outstanding audit fees must be paid in full. For questions about making a payment for this audit contact RBAFinance@Responsiblebusiness.org 
2. Completion of Auditee Questionnaires: The auditee must complete all necessary sections of the questionnaires as part of the audit process.
3. Third-Party Review: A team of qualified third-party auditors must review and finalize the report.

Once these conditions are met, RBA Online will automatically notify the auditee, all individuals listed in the Attachment B field, and trading partners with an established relationship that the Validated Audit Report (VAR) is available.

Accessing the VAP Full Report

Follow these steps to access and download the report once it has been released:

Log into RBA Online

Open RBA Online and sign in using your credentials.

Navigate to the Audit Section

Go to Audit > My Audit.

Enter the audit number or the name of the audited facility in the search bar to locate the relevant audit record.

Identify the Released Report

Look for the audit record with the status marked as VAR Released. This status confirms that the VAP Full Report is available for download.

Download the Full Report

• Select the Audit Report tab within the audit record.
• Click the Full Report link to initiate the download.
