How to Initiate an Indirect Spend Closure Audit

Pre-requisites:
- Have an active RBA Online subscription. You can renew your subscription if it has expired.
- Completed and released an Indirect Spend SAQ. (How to Release a SAQ)
Step-by-Step Process:
Log into RBA Online: RBA Online
Navigate: Click on Audits > My Audits.
Initiate Audit: Click on 'Initiate Audit'.
General Audit Information:
- Enter facility name.
- Select 'Indirect Spend VAP'.
- Choose 'Closure Audit' for Audit type.
- Select Auditee POC.
- Add relevant contacts.
- Choose the preferred audit date.
- Add comments.
Complete the Scope Tab:
- Select Business Type.
- Enter audit scope.
- Select 'VAP 90' if applicable.
- Check for customized assessment (RBA approval required).
- Enter worker details (male, female, direct, indirect, hazardous exposure, etc.).
- Provide main office address and other site information.
- Enter service and safety management details.
Customer Information:
- Enter customer information.
Payment Details:
- Enter payment details and responsible parties for paying for audit services and addressing findings.
