This guide provides step-by-step instructions on deploying the SVAP-FL Prep Tool / SAQ survey within RBA Online. 

Step 1: Log into RBA Online

Step 2: Navigate page to deploy SVAP-FL Prep Tool / SAQ. 

• Option 1: Go to “Facility Info” page under the “Company” tab. Click the "Deploy Survey" button. OR

• Option 2: Go to "SVAP Prep Tool" page under “My Surveys” tab. Click the “Deploy Survey” button. 

Step 3: Select type of Questionnaire: SVAP Self-Assessment Questionnaire (2020) / SVAP-FL Prep Tool

Step 4: Select which facility the SVAP-SL Prep Tool / SAQ assigned to. Click “Deploy” to deploy the SAQ. 

Step 5: Access to your SVAP-FL Prep Tool / SAQ: Go to “SVAP Prep Tool” page under “My Surveys” tab. Select which facility's SAQ you would like to complete. Click “Options” button and select “Edit”

Step 6: Once the SAQ is 100% completed, the “Release” button will appear at the bottom of the form. Select “Release”. 

Note: You can initiate SVAP-FL Assessment once the Prep Tool / SAQ status is "Released". You can edit or download the Prep Tool / SAQ after the SAQ is released.
