Step 1: Once RMI has initiated the Due Diligence Questionnaire for your Facility to complete, a To-Do will appear on your RBA-Online dashboard. Clicking on the link (Facility ID) in the To-Do will take you directly to the questionnaire

Step 2: Alternatively, the questionnaire can be found by navigating to RMI Ops > Due Diligence, then clicking on Options > DD Checklist

Step 3: The questionnaire is required to be completed to 100% before you can submit

Step 4: When you are ready, click [Submit]

NOTE: It is recommended that you click the [Save] button to save your work as you progress through the question set
