A member of the RMI team initiates a request for an assessment to the Smelter

The Smelter will receive an email indicating that an assessment has been requested

The Smelter will be required to log on to RBA Online and he/she will see that there is a task
to claim



Select Claim and the following screen will appear



The details of the assessment requested will be on this screen



The Smelter can either Approve or Reject this request.



If Approve, the process will move forward



If Reject, the Smelter must enter a reason and the assessment will be cancelled



Select Submit
