Launching the app is a vital step in enabling worker voice surveys and making sure facilities can take part in the Responsible Business Alliance’s (RBA) employee engagement programs.
This guide outlines the process for deploying the RBA Voices App to supplier facilities, including login procedures, navigation steps, and automated communication workflows.
Deployment Workflow
Step 1: Receive Login Credentials
RBA member companies will receive an email containing login credentials for the RBA Voices platform. This email includes a “Get Started” button that links directly to the login page.

Step 2: Access the Login Page
Navigate to the RBA Voices login portal: https://rba.ifuli.cn/login/index.html#/
Enter your username and password as provided in the email.
Step 3: Navigate to Factory Management
Once logged in, go to the “System Mgt.” section in the left-hand navigation menu.
Select “My Factories” to view the list of facilities associated with your RBA Member ID.
Step 4: View Associated Factories
The My Factories page displays all supplier facilities linked to your organization. Each facility entry includes metadata such as:
- Facility name
- Facility ID
- Location
- Contact information
Step 5: Initiate App Deployment
To deploy the RBA Voices App:
- Locate the desired facility in the list.
- Open the dropdown menu next to the facility name.
- Select “Send QR Code.”
Step 6: Automated Communication
Upon selection, an email containing the QR code for app access is automatically sent to the facility’s designated contact person. This QR code enables workers to download and access the RBA Voices App securely.
