How to Reset Your EMT Password

This article explains how to reset your password to access the Emissions Management Tool (EMT).
Before You Begin
To reset your EMT password, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be registered in RBA Online
- Your organization must have an active RBA Online subscription
- You must have received an invitation from an RBA Member, or directly from RBA if your organization is an RBA Member
If any of these conditions are not met, you will not be able to reset your password successfully.
Steps to Reset Your EMT Password
Open your web browser and go to the password reset page: https://www.my-aip.com/rba/resetpassword?GUID=
Enter your registered email address associated with your RBA Online account.
Submit the request.
A new temporary password will be generated and sent to your email inbox.
Important Notes
- The temporary password expires within 24 hours
- You must log in and update your password before it expires
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email
If the Password Reset Fails
If:
- You do not receive the password email
- The password link has expired
- The new password does not work
