Once the Initial Draft has been approved by the RMI team, the auditor will then release the
Draft Report to the Smelter.

The Smelter will receive an email that the draft is now available for review .



Log on to the RBA Online and go to My Assessment



You will now have access to the Report tab



If you have feedback or comments on the Initial Draft, you can address those with the

Auditor or the RMI team via the Discussion tab



To add a new comment , select the group you would like to comment to (With RMI or With

Auditor and RMI) and select the New Comment button



Use Feedback type Auditee Feedback



Enter your comments



You also can upload any files or attachments



Select Submit and your comment will be

posted

. A notification will go out to the

participants
